SALEM-LS
SALEM-LS (SLS) is a new algorithm designed to detect WM lesions on MRI T1w and FLAIR images.
SLS is currently available to download as a SPM extension. The useful resources section contains the software source codes in a zip file. Please, check the Requirements tab before installing it. Besides, the documentation tab contains links to other repositories containing other existing lesion segmentation algorithms.
The tool has been tested with the MS MICCAI challenge database.
