Overview of the steps to upload your paper

After receiving the Notifications of Acceptance, the steps for sucessfully registering with AICCSA 2007 the camera-ready version of your paper is as follows:

  1. Download and read carefully all the documents available for you in this web site.
  2. If necessary, adjust your paper's formatting. Remember that for your paper to be included in the proceedings and the conference, it must follow the formatting guidelines.
  3. When generating the PDF file, make sure that it follows the requirements about font embedding.

  4. Using a web browser, connect to the URL you received from AICCSA 2007 after the Notification of Acceptance and follow the instructions presented by the application.

  5. Before pressing the "Upload" button, make sure that the contact information that AICCSA has about you is correct and up-to-date, particularly your email address.

    The system will send a confirmation message to the email address identified in the upload page. Edit it if it is not your current or preferred address.

  6. Expect to receive later on an email informing you about the reception of you paper.
  7. Complete and send by email or fax the copyright release form.
  8. Register for the conference. At least one author must register.
