Presentation
Ferran Torrent is an artificial intelligence researcher at University of Girona. He graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2011, he received M.Sc. in Industrial Data Processing, Automatic Control, Computing and Systems from University of Girona in 2012 and he received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Girona in 2015. His research concerns the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and optimisation methods for developing decision support systems and solving resource allocation methods in the context of the smart healtcare and smart grids.
